We constantly monitor the market for the latest equipment, technology and quality standards, and represent manufacturers that lead their segments.

We stay independent: if another product suits your project better, we will offer it as an alternative to our own lines. Through our associate company TSSC (Sharjah), we also supply complete cold storage solutions.

We oversee each project from design to handover and operator training, using our in-house resources, associate companies and specialised manufacturers, so it is finished on time, within budget and to your satisfaction.

On large projects a full-time project manager stays on site until handover, whether it is a few pieces of equipment or thousands of items across many speciality outlets.

Our installation and maintenance teams know not just our own range but the foodservice, cold storage and laundry equipment supplied by other vendors too, and train at our key suppliers' facilities so installations are right the first time.

Every installation is guaranteed for one year, alongside the manufacturer's warranty. A spare parts division, run independently, keeps a large stock to minimise downtime.
