Installation and Maintenance
Our installation and maintenance personnel are trained in and familiar with not just our own product range, but also with a wide variety of Food Service, Cold Storage and Laundry equipment employed in the market through other vendors.
Our engineers and technicians have undergone training at our key suppliers’ facilities to ensure that the installation is right first time. We maintain a sizeable in-house inventory of spare parts to minimise any down time of our installed equipment.
We guarantee all our installations for one year, and all equipment is also backed by the respective manufacturers’ warranties for the same period. A 24 hour emergency callout service on all days is also available along with extended warranty and equipment maintenance services.
Our spare parts division includes a showroom for independent units’ sales of refrigeration & catering equipment parts.
